My monster

WALT-Describe a character.

Last 2 to 3 weeks we have being making a monster and describing its features and using  adjectives. His name is Derpy Eye!


The easy thing was making it.. why because we had to stick the body together and make it are own.


The hard thing was how to make it make interesting 


I like when you can write about it



  

Our Movie

Last term we did a movie about the swimming we all went to free swim and some kids went up to hydro sides with the gopro and went on the big things and we did the whirl pool and jumps in the pools and lots of fun stuff here is the movie    

Pick-a-path

For the past few weeks we have been doing a Pick-a-path a pick-a-path is like a story but you have to pick a genre like if I pick a horror it will be scary and there be vampires or something.


The first thing that we do is we had to pick a genre then we had to write it on a piece of paper. Then we make narrative writing. Then we make a google side then we write down what is on the piece of paper.

Division

Over the past 3 weeks we have been doing division once I did not know it and now I do so have a look at my DLO for division.

My goal for reading

My goal has not been good because I been not working hard and have not been focused on my tasks. Next time is to stop talking to my friends and work more harder and get my must do's done before doing anything else first.

This week we made balloons its for ohr bingo. And my goal is to get 6 done every week and maybe get gold and to get that is to start doing more work.

Show not tell

W.A.L.T How to make show not tell

On Tuesday and Wednesday we did a show not tell exercise and we had to pick a Emotion and I picked shocked this is what I thought might happen.

Her stomach has butterflies

Her heart was shaking like if was a big earthquake was pasting by

Her legs were shaking like if the world was shaking

I found it hard to make the person;s burger because the pattie was on the burger and i had to put on topping on the pattie . It went crazy   The instructions were not working 

Mine was good because my pattie was good.

I found it simple to work out the perimeter and area, I didnt find anything hard about it

Day out with Cosmin

Today we had Cosmin tell us about electricity and how electricity works, one with turbines, the water pushes the magnets around and around and around and that is how we get electricity but not all, there is loxv v ts of ways to power for electricity but i cant tell you all of them.So we have to be safe with electricity because it can kill you, electricity is really bad for you. Then Miss Kaye told us to get your bags and to go under the bell with M1 and are class M3, then we started walking out of the school and walk passed the pools and the kindy were my sister goes to, then we pass lots of houses when i mean lots i mean lots! Then we went up a hill but a girl nana said "lets pass my house" we can go through her house and some boys fell down on the the bums that was so funny! Now we walked pass more houses wow so many houses ok however we went up a hill it probably be like 10mins thats what Miss Kaye said to me it feels like 20mins to me. We were there, yay i was tried then Miss Kaye said eat your lunch now we saw the all of the electricity it was like you were going to blow your head up like the station was super big.  Then we went back down to sit back down in lines first team was my team so we went to the side and we see lots of stuff and talk about them then all of the teams went then we went back to school.

I enjoy looking for the golden ticket cause there is lots of places to look around cause this school is so big.

 I love the book cartor day cause you get to dress up as anything you want to be out of a book i dress up as a zebra from madgasder but my zebra did not have the tail next time i will be zebra.

I like going in the hall because anddey was telling us story it was so funny like the chicken dance it was so funny.

The hard thing is to talk in the makerphone cause i get norvse

 WALT- create a non fiction book 

I enjoyed making the book because it was something new

The hard thing is to know were everything is and to find the information
